1. Who we are

OliBoli's Twinkle Town (the "App") is made by OliBoli Games ("we", "us", "our"), an independent developer based in Maine, United States. This policy explains how the App and the website at oliboli.games (the "Site") handle information. If you have any question, email support@oliboli.games.

2. What we collect

Through the App: nothing. The App does not collect, receive, transmit or store on our servers any personal information, including names, email addresses, photos, voice, location, contacts, device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), or usage data. We do not have servers that the App talks to, and the App is built without network access.

We do not sell personal information, we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.

3. What stays on your device

To work, the App saves some information only on your device, in the App's private storage. We never see it. This includes:

How to delete it: use Grown-ups → Start over in the App to erase game progress, or uninstall the App to delete everything it stored. Copies placed in your photo gallery can be deleted from the gallery. If your device makes its own backups (for example to your Google or iCloud account), that is handled by your device maker under their privacy policy, not by us.

4. Children's privacy (COPPA)

The App is directed to children, including children under 13. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU and UK GDPR rules for children's data, and the families and kids policies of Google Play, the Apple App Store (Kids Category) and the Amazon Appstore.

5. Device permissions

On Android, the App asks only for permission to use vibration, for gentle buzzes when your child taps things. It does not request internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts or the advertising ID. On iPhone and iPad, the App does not request access to any personal data.

6. Third parties and app stores

The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, tracking or social-media software. It was built with the open-source Godot Engine, which does not collect data.

You download the App from an app store, which may collect information about your download, purchases and device under its own privacy policy, not this one:

App stores may give us anonymous, aggregated statistics (such as the number of downloads by country) and, if you have agreed to share them with developers in your device settings, anonymous crash reports. These do not identify you or your child, and we use them only to fix problems and improve the App.

7. If you email us

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share it. We delete support emails once your question is resolved and no later than 12 months after our last reply, unless we must keep them longer by law. Our email is hosted by our web host, which processes it on our behalf.

8. This website

The Site has no accounts, forms, ads, analytics or tracking cookies, and its fonts and images are hosted on the Site itself. Like nearly all websites, our web hosting provider automatically records basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time) to keep the Site running and secure. These logs are kept for a limited time by the host and are not used to identify or profile visitors.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR and UK GDPR in Europe, or state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Since the App collects nothing, the only personal information we could hold is in an email you sent us. To use any of these rights, email support@oliboli.games; we will answer within 30 days and will never treat you differently for asking. Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis for handling support emails is our legitimate interest in answering you.

10. Security and retention

The best protection is not having data at all, which is how the App is built. Information the App saves stays in the App's private storage on your device, protected by your device's own security. Support emails are kept only as described in section 7.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above. If a change would affect how information about children is handled, we will update the App's store listings and, where the law requires, get parental consent before the change takes effect. We will never start collecting children's personal information without that.
